The quest for our next boat has been put on hold! A number of reasons contributed to this decision: retirement = less money, change of priorities, a few recent "life speed bumps" and the desire to see more of family and friends across North America has put our boat search on hold.
We love the water, boats, cruising and the life long friends we have made along the way! But we are very pleased with the new direction we are about to undertake.
Since selling MV Kozad we have driven our car over 120,000 kms in just over 2 years travelling from West to East Coast both in Canada and the USA. We consistently comment on how much there is to do and see in our vast countries and how we would enjoy exploring in a Motor Home.

The decision has been made and the deposit placed on a 2014 Leisure Travel Van (LTV) Class B+ motor home. The model we chose is the Unity 24MB, which is a very nice Murphy bed floor-plan on a Mercedes Benz Sprinter Van chassis.

I am a lucky man as Jan still wants to keep our boating dreams alive, and to satisfy our desire to be on the water we will look at occasionally chartering in the future. As always, Yachtworld Advanced Search is still one of my favourite sites.
